Definitely another excellent addition to books and etc.... |
| My three year old daughter just recieved this book yesterday ...and she pretty much knows the story line concept of the whole book because we own the " Meet Strawberry Shortcake" DVD as well too which is about the same thing. Basically Strawberry Shortcake is having a birthday party for her little sister Apple Dumplin and they make a list of supplies that they need to go and purchase for the party such as juice, cookies, cake, hats and etc... Along the way they meet new friends such as Orange Blossom and Honey pie the pony who helps them find their way to where they need to go to. They get to go and visit the cookie factory and help bake Apple Dumplins cake and when they arrive home all of their new friends they made along the way on their trip show up to the party! Definitely a good book. Only complaint is that I wish the pages were a little thicker and a little more durable even though ours is still in good condition, but my daughter happens to be kind of rough on books! Over all though is it definitely worth the price... She loves her Strawberry Shortcake! |
